In PE injection molding, film blowing and extrusion, moisture in raw materials (especially recycled PE) causes bubbles, silver streaks, pinholes and surface defects, damaging appearance and mechanical strength. This masterbatch rapidly absorbs moisture during processing and converts it into inert substances. No pre-drying required\u2014just mix and process, significantly improving yield and stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its typical specifications are for reference as follows: carrier is PE, active content is CaO (30%\u201370%, customizable), appearance is white\/off-white pellets, addition ratio is 1%\u20133% (adjusted by moisture content), applicable temperature is 150\u2013220\u2103, and the environmental protection grade can be selected as industrial grade or food contact grade. During use, the addition ratio can be adjusted according to the moisture content of the raw materials: 1.0%\u20132.0% for slightly moist virgin resin, 2.0%\u20133.0% for regular recycled PE, and 1.5%\u20132.5% for high-concentration grades in high moisture\/humid environments. It can be directly mixed with PE resin uniformly and processed normally without drying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
